The brewery Praxis was created to recover the old tradition of brewing in Coimbra, taking advantage of the excellent properties recognized by the waters of Coimbra.
 
The master brewer carefully selects lots of barley, wheat and hops to use in creating beers that have a natural fermentation process and without addition of chemicals (so you can get a 100% craft beer).
 
They have four beers: the Weiss (cloudy and very dense), the Pilsener (pale, light and refreshing), the Dunkel (dark and very roasted) and Âmbar (red hair, a refreshing flavor but dense). There is also a fifth beer that is seasonal and that gives the name of Strong (beer full bodied, complex flavors and aromas, the fruit of a long process of maturation).
 
Praxis includes a restaurant space where guests can enjoy delicacies such as a good steak, pork knuckle, german or french sausage or just some snacks, always accompanied by the traditional beer.
